Our Firm
Pre-Trial, Trial, and Appellate Experience
Ms. Cusack has handled hundreds of cases, ranging from contract disputes to personal injury suits to real estate transactions to horse law, whether at jury trial, bench trial, or arbitration. Most cases settle without the need to go to formal trial or arbitration. But, when all attempts at settlement are futile and trial is inevitable, you will be going to trial knowing that you have beside you a tough and tenacious trial attorney who will never forget that what is at stake are your interests. And in the event that trial results leave room for reversible error, you will also have someone in your corner with proven, successful experience in the California Court of Appeals and at the California Supreme Court level.
